First Smile

So we were sure for the first time yesterday that Aubrey Grace smiled for a real reason. She loves her daddy! He was talking to her and laughing with her...and she did this. We can't believe a month has passed already. It just gets better every day. She melts my heart.

Having some posting problems

Does anyone know why I am having problems posting pictures? I've been attempting to add some pictures for the last few days (yes, more of our Aubrey) but it won't let me. Any suggestions?

Something to Blog About

Our baby girl is changing every day. She already has so much personality and she makes John & I laugh at the little faces and sounds she makes.

Uncle Nate & Aunt Megan bought her a pair of pink cowboy booties...it seemed to come quite naturally for Aubrey to put a pair of boots on.
A smile for Dad's birthday. She was pretty much the life of the party.

More Pictures of Aubrey

Just a bunch of fun pictures of our first day at home with Aubrey. She is so much fun!

I love my daddy. He and I have a lot of conversations about life. I think he's pretty crazy about me, too.
Uncle Drew and I had fun while he was here.

Our friends Betsy and Mary decorated our entire house with pink streamers and balloons to welcome Aubrey home. The garage even had Aubrey's name on it. We have great friends here.

I'm Here!

Our litt!e miracle, Aubrey Grace, was born Friday, March 2nd, at 10:42am. She is absolutely perfect from our standpoint, but we know we might be a little biased.

She weighed 7lb, 11 oz and was 20 inches long.

We are all doing really well and LOVING getting acquainted as dad, mom, and baby girl.

Aubrey has very strawberry-blonde hair and blue eyes for now. She is adjusting very well to her entrance into the world and has a very sweet disposition.
For those of you wondering (I am always curious with how names are chosen), we chose her name mostly because we just like the sound of it. But Aubrey also means "bold," which is a characteristic we pray our daughter will grow to have in her life as a follower of Christ. Thank you to all of you who have prayed for her and for this John Anderson family. We are thankful for Aubrey's safe arrival into this world. Many more pictures to come!
