Friends

Tummy time is fun! I like doing my "superman" move (arms back, legs straight out) to gain momentum in order to lift my head.

Is it just me or are these two crazy about each other?

Aubrey has two friends right around her same age here. Maggie (dad & mom, Matt & Carolyn) was born on February 3rd, and Kristen Lily (dad & mom, Josh & Valerie) was born on March 20th.

Unfortunately for us, Maggie lives in Virginia now, but Kristen came over to play tonight. Obviously not much happened since one or both of them were either eating or sleeping, but I got very excited that in a couple of short months they will both notice that there is another baby around. Yes, Florida has many beautiful little girls!

Funny Little Character

I'm pretty sure we are having too much fun with Aubrey. John had knee surgery on the 20th so Aubrey has been getting lots of good "daddy time" in.

She loves to "stand" and she doesn't really mind tummy time. I think she enjoys lifting her head up and seeing what the world has to offer. She is a funny little girl and we are so thankful we get to be her parents! John says several times a day, "She is just so cool." Ha. Yes, she is.

Happy (late) Easter

He lives within my heart." We just wanted to wish everyone a belated BLESSED Easter! What a gift we have in knowing our Savior has risen.

What Joy

Aubrey has been a pretty content baby from day one but it seems like as she grows and is able to engage in what is going on around her more, she is even more happy. She loves to jabber; a trait I'm starting to think will carry on as she gets older. :)

Oh, what joy she brings John & me! Each day is getting better and better.
